Performs collection and remedial activities to reduce the level of delinquent accounts in accordance with established collection and remedial processes and Bank policies and within the required transaction volumes, collection efficiency ratios, and service quality standards
Ensures that the required daily productivity output on worked accounts, promised payment, resolved account/amount are met
Attain the set standards on productivity and collection efficiency goals
Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related course
Preferably with financial and/or banking experience
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
