Position Title: Relationship Associate
 
Job Summary:
You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness.
Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
Prepare basic analysis/evaluation of client's proposal to provide inputs on their decision-making process.
Assist in the preparation of Budget and Business Plans.
Assist in the handling of customer complaints and recommend solutions.
Role Exposure:
Hone your decision making skills
Develop your skills in collaboration and relationship building with external/internal clients
Increase your exposure on loan, trade, branch and treasury transactions
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related or accounting field. We are open to consider fresh graduates as well.
Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
