We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join SEAOIL Philippines, Inc.. As an Operations Supervisor at our company, You are tasked to supervise the day to day transaction of the depot.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Monitor and investigate the tolerance and the gain loss in the Depot
2. Attend vessel receiving/ loading
3. Responsible in Operating the terminal safely
4. Evaluate the performance of his/her personnel
5. Act as Incident commander in case of an incident/emergency
6. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications For This Role:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to College graduate, preferably with a degree in any engineering related course (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial), and from reputable universities.
Preferably with 5 years experience in people management and depot/ terminal/plant operations
Computer Literate, Microsoft Office and Google Sheet, Autocad Sketch up, Have a knowledge in pumps, tank, etc specially the terminal operation. Problem Solving, Leadership, Keen to detail, Analytical Thinking
Preferably with industry background in Oil/Gas
Expectations from Candidates:
- Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
- Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
- In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
