• Open and close the hydrocollator tank before and after working hours.
• Call the Information Department for registration of out -patient PT procedures.
• Render the Physical Therapy procedures of in-patients and out-patients.
• Give PT home instructions to the patients and relatives.
• Write-in the physical therapy notes/ progress notes.
• Call the Information Department for post-charging of out-patient PT procedures.
• Print the out-patient requisition slip thru the Bizbox system.
• Inform the in-patient nurse-in-charge for PT procedure requisition.
• Write the patients information in the log-book and daily-census folder.
• Answer phone call inquiries or walk-in patient inquiries regarding Physiatrist appointment schedules, benefits of physical therapy and procedure cost.
• Keep the machines and the department safe and clean, otherwise report it to the PT Head
• Sign the Waste Segregation Monitoring sheet done by the House keeping.
