Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
With at least 2 years work experience as Permits and Liaison Officer
Must be knowledgeable in the permitting process especially with regards to product registration, requirements and process
Preferrably with established networks in the different government units
Must have good communication and negotiation skills
Must be willing to regularly travel within and outside Western Visayas
