Job Description Regulatory Compliance Officer
Work Location: Bukidnon
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the development of various projects in Mindanao
Lead the planning of the acquisition of land and right-of-way and the implementation of the plans; and ensure that the company's rights to said lands and rights-of-way are upheld and protected
Collaborate with intra- and inter-department teams and subject matter experts in resolving land rights issues.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents on file, such as titles, maps, land contracts
Qualification Requirements:
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years of experience in the management, acquisition, lease of land properties and its attendant issues.
With experience in dealing with stakeholders such as LGUs, regulatory agencies, and land owners, while maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders
Familiar with government laws related to land use and titling, and the rules and regulations relevant to said laws
Excellent written and oral English communication
