Role: Regulatory and Government Policy Manager
Location: Makati city, Philippines

The Regulatory and Government Policy Manager provides counsel to the Regulatory Affairs and Policy Director, OPCOM, and region on the company's policies and objectives involving the local, state and government affairs. Maintains and nurtures relationships with government authorities, and industry associations. Assists in the establishment of corporate policies, strategies and plans which align with government laws, regulations and standards. Monitors legislative and regulatory activities and promotes market position.
Educational Attainment Requirement:
o Graduate of any 4-year degree
Professional Background:
o Prior experience in corporate sector interacting with government agencies
o Established network in government and industry associations in nutrition and consumer healthcare related community
o Experienced in negotiating with regulatory agencies on a wide range of issues
o Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with any individual within and outside the company, both written and verbal.
o Demonstrated ability to work with government and organizations to modify external environment.
Competency Requirement:
o In depth knowledge of internal and external environment
o Understands the impact of legislations and policies on the business
o Acts independently, agile, able to analyse complex information and develop accurate and timely decisions under pressure.
o Strong organizational skills
o Tenacity and resilience under pressure while maintaining the highest sense of integrity and respect for others
