REGULATORY AFFAIRS JUNIOR PARALEGAL
Brief Job Description:
• Advise on issues of intellectual property such as trademark, industrial design, utility model and copyright;
• Research trademarks through national and international database and advise on availability of proposed trademarks;
• Facilitate the timely preparation ans submission of applications ans compliances to the Intellectual Property Officer;
• Maintain the validity of intellectual property registrations (e.g, trademark, copyright, industrial design, utility model);
• Coordinate with the company's Legel Officer and/or IP Consultant in handling various IP prosecution matters, including application appeals, oppositions and other regitrability issues;
• Drafts and review legal documents (i.e supply technical agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc.,) and legal correspondences related to Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs
Job Requirement:
• Must be Graduate of any 4-year course, (preferably: RELEVANCE TO LAW PRACTICE)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Preferably with related experience in intellectual property and legal affairs
• Proficient in MS Office, G Suite , use of the internet and email, legal writing
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Judgement and decision making skills
• Attention to detail
