General description: Assists the College's Registrar in organizing academic records of students and alumni, and in providing support in enrolments, commencement exercises, and other institutional and/or CHED-required academic activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares, encodes, updates, and files permanent records of students.
Attends inquiries regarding admissions policies, enrollment procedures, and requests for transcripts of records, transfer credentials, and other general policies and procedures of the office.
Checks and follows-up on enrollment submission requirements such as credentials, transcript of records (Form-137), report card (Form-138), birth certificate, etc.
Attends to students' different academic document requests
Evaluates students' academic standing.
Assists the College Registrar in preparing documents for the application of Special Orders.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Registrar.
Minimum Qualification Standards:
A graduate of a four-year course, preferably in office and Business Administration or computer-related courses.
Knowledgeable in using different Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Etc.
With good communication skills in both Filipino and English and digital literacy
