Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%- Supervise accurate recording of data in students records
10% - Signs requests for records of new/transferring students
20% - Oversees the creation, updating, maintenance and disposition of academic records of students
15% - Assists in the revision of various curricula, brochure, catalogue, school calendar and other requirements
5% - Attendance to correspondence and ensure prompt compliance with requests of records
10% - Coordinates preparation for graduation
10% - Issues certifications, grades, transfer credentials, clearances and diplomas and assumes responsibility for documents released by the office
5% - Verifies and authenticates documents released by the office and
5% - Perform other related functions.
