Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist assumes responsibility in the filling, dispensing, receiving and storage of medicines. Ensures compliance with good pharmacy practices and standard operating procedures at all stages of storage and dispensing.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Must have passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission; with good scholastic record.
Competencies
Capable of performing all transactions in the hospital pharmacy operation.
Has the necessary knowledge and skills in ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are implemented in the department.
Capable of handling common drug inquiries and minor complaints.
Can communicate well in both written and oral manner.
Can work in flexible hours.
Computer literate.
Experience
1-2 years experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital Setting.
