Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Nursing or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working Experience in being a company nurse would be an advantage
-Must be a Registered Nurse.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Training and Experience in Occupational Safety and Health would be an advantage
-Strong analytical and planning skills;

Job Description:
Responsible for patients vaccine administration (Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Typhoid Fever, Cholera, Pneumococcal, Flu and etc.) and patients skin test (Mantoux test, etc)
Responsible for checking the health screening form if completely filled up and signed by patients.
Responsible for vaccine scanning and uploading vaccine card to MMIS of Manila Head office and branches. Maintains accurate, complete and legible records.
Responsible for preparing vaccine daily sales summary report to be given to Pharmacist at the end of the day.
Responsible for monitoring the vaccine inventory and the vaccine expiration date.
Handles selling of medicines when Pharmacist is not around. Can handle payments during Pharmacist's meal breaks. Payments when Pharmacist is on leave should be handled by a MAGCOOP cashier.
Preparing urgent Purchase Requisition (PR) for Vaccines when Pharmacist is not around. PR must be approved by the Medical Director or Operations Manager.
Dispense medication order/presciption to patients when Pharmacist is not around. Contact the Pharmacist for if there is something to be clarified.
Maintains nurse-patient confidentiality and follows the applicable requirements of Magcoop's data PRIVACY POLICY."
Maintain safe and professional environment for patients and employees.
Participates in training/retraining and continuing education programs as necessary
Complies to Cold Chain Management following FDA regulations"
