Job Description
- Taking inbound calls to process orders under AstraZeneca Products.
- Doing Compliance Call Outs to remind the patients when they're about to run out of their medicine supply.
- Act as PCSO Patient Coach to assists the patients in applying PCSO assistance.
- Updating the Daily Monitoring sheet of AstraZeneca for daily productivity report.
Job Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse
- Excellent Communication skills
- With Good customer service and
interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure
- Take calls from the providers or patients regarding Chemotherapy drugs
- Computer literate
