Responsible for:*
Verifying Examinee's identity.
Assisting the Examining Physician by:
Instructing the Examinee to remove all clothes except underwear.
Taking and recording Height and Weight of Examinee.
Taking and recording Examinee's vital signs, e.g. Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate
Respiratory Rate, and Temperature.
Ensuring schedule of maintenance and calibration of equipment is observed and maintain records.
Referring to Examining Physician(s) medical problems unable to manage.
