Job Description
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, we are looking for skilled, dedicated, and self-motivated volunteers that would help us mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in our country. As such, the chosen volunteers would help the medical and public health community at large by augmenting the shortage of key support roles.
The chosen volunteers should have a sound nursing background who will be able to perform key telehealth duties and responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
The chosen volunteer may be assigned to different key roles depending on their skills, knowledge, and experience. Furthermore, they may be working on a variety of roles as needed in the COVID-19 patient support that may include the following:
Manage all aspects of patient intake online.
Updates key patient information and all relevant patient chart data.
Performs patient interviews to determine all aspects of possible COVID-19 infection (i.e. health history, contact tracing, and other important information as needed).
Minimum Qualifications
We consider individuals with the following qualifications:
Registered nurses, retired nurses, and recent nursing graduates.
Call center agents with nursing education are also considered.
He/she should have a good Internet connection with a Zoom application installed.
Experience with electronic medical records systems.
A working microphone and headset are needed.
In general, volunteers may be needed in other areas that require work dealing with people and community leaders.
