Job Summary:
Establishes a therapeutic relationship with the patient and family, assessing the patient, planning appropriate care for, and evaluating the progress of the patient as well as administering quality of care to patient during his/her stay in the outpatient units of the hospital until discharge.
Requirements:
Licensed Nurse (PRC)
Current member of Philippine Nurses Association (PNA)
With good communication skills
Able to adhere to codes of confidentiality
Proficient in computer applications
Recent training certificates (if there's any)
Recommendation letters from previous superiors (for Nurses with experience)
