The Core Team Lead will be responsible for the delivery of healthcare service to clients and patients where assigned within RelianceUnited's various health services on a project-based employment basis. Assignments may include but not limited to the following: COVID-19 Vaccination Program, HealthFirst Clinic Operations, COVID Testing, Telemed, Clinic Management Services, and other areas needed by the business for the duration of the project-based employment.
Primary responsibilities:
The Core Team Lead's primary role is to plan, organize, and execute vaccination events. He/she ensures quality delivery of healthcare service to clients and patients at point of care.
The CTL will manage healthcare protocols, assets, and people during events to ensure that the on-site vaccination event adheres to the COVID-19 Vaccination Program of the client and the SOP of RCI.
The CTL will be the main Point of Contact (POC) of the client during an event.
He/she will report to and work closely with the Reliance Vaccination Execution Team Lead (VETL) and will also coordinate with Reliance stakeholders in the planning and execution of events.
