JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Dentistry, Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Open for licensed nurse (as Clinic Nurse) and not licensed nursing graduate (as Nursing Assistant)
Willing to be assigned in Makati or Ortigas branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtains comprehensive relevant patient data through: (a) interview; (b) correct obtainment of vital signs, which include pain; (c) The use of advanced assessment techniques that is focused or systems approach; (d) correct interpretation of data obtained from monitoring equipment; and (e) correct interpretation of diagnostic results.
Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care. Observes procedures and policies pertaining to any aspect of clinical charting and reporting.
Encodes patient's information in the Clinical Information & Management System
Be attentive to patient's needs; initiates steps that will comply with their requirements to meet and exceed their expectations.
Collect patient feedback and keep superiors informed regarding problems or issues in the patient care within the nursing unit.
Coordinate monthly patients' schedule of operations.
Assisting the doctors in encoding patient treatment plan
Responsible and accountable for verification and witnessing that the patient or the patient's legal representative has signed the consent in their presence and that the patient, or the legal representative, is of legal age and competent to provide consent of treatment.
Performs a range of non-surgical, anti-aging treatments, such as those involving lasers, and skin rejuvenation. Knowledgeable with lasers, their clinical applications and surgical techniques, and most specifically their safe use.
Collaborate with the whole health care team to provide safe, integrated and high-quality plan of care to the patients.
Other tasks that the Management may assign from time to time relevant to job positions.
