Job Overview:
What would it be like to lead a Talent Acquisition team that is acquiring talents to help change the world?
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager who knows how to deliver results while inspiring others around them.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a full-cycle recruiting team and employer branding function dedicated to hiring top talent in Taiwan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and any other SEA countries the company may expand into. You will play a key role as the thought leader to deliver a TA strategy and Roadmap to bring success across the whole company from commercial operations, R&D, Backoffice, and the Leadership team.
The role will report directly to the Global Talent Director, and you will manage a team of high-performing and innovative team. As Migo continues to grow and scale you will be integral in helping the team structure and evolve our talent acquisition strategies and processes while ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates, stakeholders, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Own the Talent Acquisition Roadmap by strategizing and deliver projects with the TA team to drive us towards innovation and best on planet recruiting.
Design and develop Recruitment & Employer Branding strategies that attract diverse and qualified talent prospects from across the region for current and future needs
Implement recruitment strategies that attract diverse and qualified talent prospects for the current and future needs of the TW, ID, PH market
Tap market intelligence, local knowledge, and the techniques and tools that make the screening and hiring process robust
Proactively seek opportunities to utilize talent insights to create talent acquisition strategies, define media plan, understand the Talent Market and opportunities to drive innovation (remote hiring, internal mobility, skills-based hiring)
Build and deliver against a workforce/headcount plan for the organization, managing all stakeholders including the leadership team
Educated and knowledgeable in recruiting trends of the future workplace to ensure we are keeping pace with technology and evolving our tools and processes.
Build and foster relationships with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact
Delivering a World-Class Candidate Experience
Oversee the entire candidate experience end to end to deliver a world-class experience for candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience for all prospects that encounter the brand, at every stage, from screening and interviews to the hiring
Perform Candidate experience survey analysis to create and develop programs to better improve the experience within the TA process & candidates
Data-Driven Recruitment
Track and analyze hiring data against our aspirational hiring goals for underrepresented groups
Champion the data-driven recruiting mindset, using data and analytics to tell stories and drive talent & business outcomes.
Maintain weekly/quarterly recruitment statistics reports for management and Team Management
Grow with Your Team
Invest in our talent and effectively lead a team of high-performing ICs through compassionate management, collaboration, coaching & development across all of our operating offices.

Define clear KPIs and expectations to team members and the leadership team to lead the team to success
Qualifications:
7+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting in a corporate/in house capacity across multi-market
3+ years of leadership, and people management
Experience in working with senior leaders to determine organizational needs
Experience with ATS such as Lever
Experience with project management and facilitation
An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
Proven track record of compassionate management or strong coaching skills
Voice of leadership/thought leader with experience speaking with Leadership teams
Knowledgeable about current market trends and competitive data
Experience with the oversight of data integrity, reporting requirements, and key accountability metrics
Strong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
Excellent English oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Advanced skill in Excel (Pivot table, Vlook up, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience to use using data visualization tools such as PowerBi or Tableau
Prior experience managing APAC/SEA recruitment especially R&D functions
Prior experience managing teams across multi countries
