Responsibilities:
Responsible for tapping, developing and growing the international business of assigned/given territory, as well as supervising team members to hit the annual territory target, maintaining relationships with sales intermediaries, alliances, marketing partners in identified markets, and identifying new opportunities/markets as aligned to the over-all sales strategy of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 3-5 years experience in sales management gained from a real estate company
Above average to excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
Customer focused, goal oriented and well networked
Preferably with international sales exposure in North America or Middle East
Being a Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
Preferably a visa holder
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Real Estate 5 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
Engage in the business of promoting and marketing real estate products including, but not limited to, land, buildings, condominium units, townhouses, apartments, house and lot packages and all other forms of real estate products which are owned and/or developed by Ayala Land, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates within and without the Philippines.Products:Residential properties of Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land, Avida Land, Amaia Land and BellaVita
