Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is 100% fieldwork and coverage to all customers - existing ones, new customers, and potential users and buyers. Effective product promotions, territorial management, and effective customer contact should be consistently implemented for the achievement of Sales and Collection targets, customer intimacy, and brand loyalty that will guarantee long term repeat business. The RSM is expected to sell the product's quality features and benefits with the company's dependable service and reliable reputation through professional interaction with the end-users and decision makers who will eventually recognize and accept the company as one that delivers and completes the "solutions".
The RSM is also responsible to managing the sales team and guide them to achieve the needed target.
Two (2) position: RSM Mindanao and RSM Manila for Medical Imaging, Life Care & Support Services Products and Diagnostics
Qualifications
Qualifications:
at least 3 years relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager
experience handling medical equipment and supplies (e.g diagnostics, laboratory and other hospital equipment) is an advantage.
willing to travel
with good leadership skills
