Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and improving the company's product volume, distribution and turnover of all direct accounts.
Will also plan, organize, lead and control the effective operations of the region's sales force
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead Regional Sales Team members to achieve sales target
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with larger customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
Must have 10 years of Managerial work experience in FMCG (Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or Equivalent)
Strong background in handling Modern Trade (Key Accounts) in an FMCG company
Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Willing to work in a challenging and fast-paced industry
Highly organized, independent, result oriented, trustworthy & confident
Availability to travel as needed
