The successful candidate, supervised by the National Sales Manager, will be responsible in ensuring achievement of the business goals and targets in the assigned region by planning and implementing sales strategies and facilitating development of a sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or any business related course
Ten (10) years work experience in Sales; five (5) years of which is a supervisory or managerial role
Preferably from the agribusiness industry such as agri-chemicals, crop protection, fertilizer and breeding
