The ideal candidate will be part of the Southeast Asia HR Team who will support the learning & development team and other HR projects.
About the Role
Supports the development and execution of quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. This includes but is not limited to:
Plans and co-designs various learning courses/materials
Sources instructors, training materials and other relevant learning resources across the PwC network
Logistical coordination and co-management of instructor-led environments (both physical and virtual)
Monitors and maintains the L&D database
About you
1-2 years of experience in a general HR role (learning & development and employee engagement is preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications.
Meticulous with a keen eye on details.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English to communicate effectively with Southeast Asia HR Team.
Excellent collaborator and relationship builder; ability to work with a diverse group of professionals across our 6 territories.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, minimally supervised work environment.
