Job Description
Be a data driven leader where you identify sell in and sell through rates to improve business sales
Responsible for the local implementation of regional Food service initiatives
Develop , lead, and collaborate new product launches and product innovations
Create integrated business plans to generate sales within the scope of the project and involve all stakeholders in the implementation.
Create a tactical program to support both marketing and sales goals while also expanding distribution channels.
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in a multinational FMCG
At least 5 years of experience in FMCG retail and food service industry
Knows the ins and outs of shopper insight and trade marketing
A problem solver and critical thinker who can identify root problems and create solutions
Excellent team management with experience leading a big team
