Job Description Regional Acquisition Management Head - NCR - Wireless -Drives and enables the team to execute SAQ strategy STRATEGY & PLANNING Work with NAM Head for target setting per Region and Service Type Formulate strategy to ensure achievement of targets Identify improvement opportunities to drive high-performing vendors VENDOR MANAGEMENT Vendor performance management Monitoring performance and compliance of vendors Analyze and drives insights from field audits across regions Oversees vendor incentive program processing and assess effectiveness Works on vendor enablement Co-design certification and training session for Vendors Co-design enablement tools and processes Drives regular cadence via Quarterly Operations Review focusing on overall capability and performance of vendors Design of guidelines on vendor selection and re-awarding with consideration of current/historical performance Provides comprehensive periodic vendor assessment with insights on key drivers PIPELINE MANAGEMENT Maintains a healthy pipeline by: Ensuring we have enough endorsements across regions to sustain throughput and achieve target in the next three months Ensuring all leads are implementing problematic sites handling Ensure alignment of A/RTB commitments of the vendor vs. target Drives leads to monitors and deliver RTB conversion Downloads direction to leads on out looking based on current pipeline health with considerations of problematic sites along with strategy on how to compensate for any deficit PROBLEM HANDLING Attends to escalations to ensure delivery of A/RTB: VIP escalation and resolution Conducts LGU, NGA, Coop, HOA engagement Ensure resolution of valid concerns from implementation of technical team which results to work stoppage. ADMIN Review and approval of the following requests: E-LAS Ex-Deal COB - Certificate of Billing COL - Contract of Lease (LCR) RFP - Request for Payment MOC - Memorandum of Conformity Provides updates on SAQ to other enabling groups: Overall NTG Domains Overall Baluarte Overall PCB - Program Control Board EG/SG/Consumer Sales Attends to regular cadences with cross-functional groups but should be limited to SAQ agenda with pre-work done prior the meeting: NTG Domains Local / Regional Counterparts FO - Field Operations EG / SG / Consumer Sales Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
