We are looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and well-organized Accounting Supervisor with a high sense of accountability.
Job Description:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business Administration major in Accountancy or any Accounting-related courses.
2 years of work-related experience in a Distribution company
The ability to prepare statutory accounts including consolidations
With excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
Strong Computer Skills.
Accuracy in daily work and other projects.
Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
Adherence to policies, procedures, and instructions of the Manager of Financial Reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses of the company.
Monitoring of inventory of the branch.
Conduct spot inventory audits.
Monitoring of sales transactions and
Recording of sales transactions in the Cash Book Journal for the branch
Proven experience and knowledge in handling AP, AR, BIR, and General Accounting.
Prepare and submit the financial report
Willing to do Field works
Areas assigned to Bulacan, and Pangasinan
