Job Overview:
The Redaction Specialist is responsible for rejecting and/or approving system redactions completed by the ClinGenuity Redaction Management Service (CRMS), Synchrogenix's artificial intelligence-enabled redaction technology solution. The Redaction Specialist is responsible for applying new redactions that were missed or incorrectly applied during the system redaction, according to the client-specific guidelines or Synchrogenix standard redaction ruleset. The Redaction Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistency across the redacted documents delivered back to the client. #LI-BE1
Responsibilities:
Redact regulatory documents per client specifications and rules or according to Synchrogenix standard redaction ruleset, under agreed timelines, and within agreed quality standards
Act as first reviewer on documents redacted by CRMS redaction tool
Reject/approve CRMS redaction tool redactions while applying new redactions
Maintain knowledge of redaction rulesets and overall redaction process
Maintain proper format while managing different client rulesets and report checklists
Map new submissions uploaded by various clients
Under guidance and feedback from Redaction Specialist II or Senior Redaction Specialist, perform quality review of other redacted documents
Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe Publishing products
Preferred: knowledge of Amazon Workspace
