JOB DESCRIPTION
Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates: This involves using various methods such as online job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals to find potential candidates who meet the requirements of the open position.
Screening resumes and applications: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who possess the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
Conducting interviews: Scheduling and conducting phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Evaluating candidates: Analyzing interview performance, references, and other relevant information to determine which candidates are the best fit for the role.
Making hiring recommendations: Providing hiring managers with recommendations on which candidates to pursue for further evaluation or hire.
Negotiating offers and managing paperwork: Negotiating salary and benefits with selected candidates and completing necessary paperwork for new hires.
Maintaining relationships with candidates: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing candidates to create a talent pool for future openings.
