With or without work experience;
Familiar with Recruitment & Placement; Experience hiring in various industry is an advantage but not required

Organized, highly analytical, and detail-oriented.
Job Description:
Conducts routine hiring procedures of applicants by sourcing out
candidates through various advertisements: online advertisements, and coordinates with accredited manpower agencies to meet the unit's manpower requisitions and for additional manpower pooling.
Invites applicants for an interview by sending notifications through email,text messages, or calls to schedule applicants for initial interviews.
Conducts assessment by screening resumes, administering assessment examinations, and conducts initial interviews and endorse for the next recruitment phase.
Conducts background investigations for all shortlisted candidates by contacting previous employers or character references.
