Recruitment Staff in Clark Pampanga
 
-Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses
-Has more than 5 years extensive background in handling talent acquisition 
-Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies
-Experienced with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment and onboarding)
-Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
-Experience in volume hiring and technical recruitment is an advantage
-Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
-Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications
 
Other competencies:
-Experience in handling employee relations and employee engagement activities is preferred
-Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
-Experience in handling disciplinary cases and employee engagement activities is preferred
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Great attention to detail
-Outstanding communication skills
