Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our continued growth by identifying talent, confidently and knowledge equipped in managing stakeholders, contributing to Recruitment's development and much more.

What will your normal day look like?
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the full recruitment life cycle which includes, but is not limited to - Talent Acquisition, Full On-boarding Life-cycle, Sourcing, Screening, Test administration, Management of Retention and Attrition, Market Research for further growth and alignment.
We need someone who is:

Qualifications
Essential:
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Behavioural Science, or Psychology
1 to 4 years Recruitment experience in a BPO setting primarily handling support roles or non-agent positions.
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and writing)
Intermediate computer skills
Stakeholder management experience
Results oriented
Accurate and detailed
Ability to multitask
Innovative
Effective time management skills
Strong personal integrity and values confidentiality
Strong self-motivation
Strong negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills

Desirable:
