One of the Country's shipping conglomerate, Phil National Lines and Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Fully accountable in providing end-to-end Recruitment services.
Handle Recruitment operations in sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding and/or placement of applicants/candidatesfollowing Company Recruitment process and protocol.
Ensure appropriate coordination and completion of pre-employment requirement.
Conduct initial interviews and facilitate interview coordination.
Prepare job ads, sourcing campaigns, school / career fair and/or sourcing vendor partnerships, etc.
Support leaders in drafting job descriptions.
Facilitates Company orientation and onboarding program
2.Handle with strict confidentiality HR record and ensure 201 record is maintained.
3.Prepare HR reports prescribed or intiated, and participate in meetings and other company activities.
4.Support all year-round internship program of the Company by pooling interns, continuously partnering with various educational institutions, and guiding all incoming and outgoing interns.
5. Provide general and/or administrative HR support to other priority HR endeavors or projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any Business Course or Human Resources Management and/or its equivalent
With at least a year of work experience, preferably in Recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
Possess effective English communication skills
Well-organized with high sense of urgency
Flexible to be assigned in differing HR facets such as but not limited to Recruitment and Employee Onboarding, People Engagement and Labor Relations, Records Management, HR Operations and Compliance, HR Adhoc Projects, among others.
With sound knowledge of Philippine labor laws
Proficient in MS Office Applications, Google Workspace, Social Media and familiar with various internet and job search platforms
Values collaboration, service-orientation, and business ethics
Willing to work onsite in Head Office at Makati City within business hours of Mondays-Fridays, 8AM-5PM
Head Office Location : 62 A. Bonifacio St., Brgy. Valenzuela, Makati City
