Job Overview:
This is an independent role focused on finding top talents to help the organization meet its goals. You will handle all hiring activities - from creating job descriptions, advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, to completing hiring requirements.
Job Objectives:
To attract and engage top talents.
To facilitate hiring process and timely fulfillment of job vacancies.
To manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and clients - keeping all parties informed on the status.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyses job requirements and prepare job posts.
Conducts in-depth research and analysis.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Implement talent acquisition strategies.
Manage candidate expectations.
Find and Hire qualified candidates.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related courses.
Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle and talent selection techniques.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be able to meet deadlines of work and diligent in the job.
Relevant work experience is required.
Willing to work onsite in San Juan City.
