To ensure Acadsoc hires, retains the best employees, and keeps a growing pipeline of strong and capable applicants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The Recruiter will have access to confidential employee records and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- To hire potential candidates for OBT and HBT posts.
- To design and implement overall recruiting/hiring strategy.
- To conduct interviews and assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skill, experience and aptitude and match it with Acadsoc's open position (OBT and HBT)
- To onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated into the Company's culture, Rules and Regulations, etc.
- To Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
- To act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationship during the candidate selection process.
- To promote Acadsoc's reputation as "The premier company to work for".
Salary:
- Starting salary would depend on your qualifications and availability
- Salary paid thru Paypal
- Additional incentives and bonuses monthly
- Professional Improving and Training system
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1-year recruiter experience is required
- Has experience in screening or filtering candidates based on qualifications and skills.
- Has a strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
- Knowledgeable in Google and Microsoft applications.
