Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates online or face-to-face if necessary
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Host and participate in virtual and physical job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Collect and track the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements
Conduct reference check
Present verbal offer to new hires
Discuss the Employee Referral Program to new hires during New Hire Orientation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sourcing and Talent Acquisition is a must
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and Glassdoor
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Passion to give the best candidate experience
Good written and verbal communications skills
Experience in full life cycle recruitment/ end to end process is a MUST
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a BPO setup as a Recruiter is a MUST
Must be amenable to work in our office in Angeles, Pampanga.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Your responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields or industries, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience and stakeholder management.
