Description
The Recruitment Specialist's primary role is to provide support with the recruitment task such as CV
screening, phone interviews, reference checks and updating the CRM accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Upkeep of Recruitment system - record and update candidate profile, status of the job seekers accordingly
• Perform phone interviews and ask pre-screening questions to obtain additional information from the job seekers
• Ensures that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Recruitment Management System (RMS) is kept up to date such as lead details, call notes, and email sent
• Prepare and administer employment documents including offer letters, contracts, references,pensions, benefits and any other documents as necessary
• Monitor the probationary review process and administer supporting documentation
• Answer inbound calls from job seekers/clients and attend to recruitment related queries
• Perform reference and background checks
• Carries out activity in accordance with follow up process and KPI's
• Other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Client from time to time
Skills and Qualifications :
• At least 4-5 years experience working in Recruitment, Human Resource, or related field
• Experience in Healthcare, Construction, IT and Professional services industry is preferential
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Management
Systems (RMS). Eg. JobAdder
• Excellent communication skills, phone manner and ability to relate to customers/candidates
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and ability to work under pressure and to tight
deadlines with flexibility
• Proven Team player with high level of self-motivation, can work independently with the ability to
demonstrate initiative
