Description
The Recruitment Supervisor will take accountability for the Company's agent hiring which is to include providing strategic direction as well as tactical recruiting for all organizational needs. The candidate will take accountability for the end-to-end agent recruitment operations and will supervise and monitor the recruiters' performance.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 2 years experience as a Supervisor in agent volume recruitment & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts and principles within the BPO industry.
Excellent interpersonal communications and influencing skills
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
Ability to think strategically, and actively participate in discussions with client, management and staff.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Strong business acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and self initiative.
Has exposure to and implementation of Recruiting strategies
Amenable to work shifting schedules
Amenable to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City
