RECRUITMENT (SOURCING) EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
• Conducts initial resume screening to determine applicant fit against required job qualifications.
• Conducts initial interview with prospective candidates.
• Administers and checks the required minimum skills tests to prospective candidates.
• Responsible for contacting & communicating with prospective candidates to inform them of their assessment and/or interview schedules.
• Processes and serves new hire documentation to successful applicants.
• Serves as point of contact for the various recruitment partners.
• Responsible for sending recruitment reports to the various functional departments and the clients.
• Assist in conducting new hire induction.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for hiring needs.
• Represents the Company during job fairs and other recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any related discipline.
• Must have at least 6 months of experience with BPO Volume Recruitment Sourcing
• Can communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be flexible with changes.
• GO GETTER
• Open to shift schedules.
• Willing to be work in McKinley Hills, Taguig City.
• Amenable to work ASAP
