GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Sourcer to join our internal recruiting team. This person will be responsible for job postings, actively reaching out to target talents via various platforms, creating engaging talent outreach campaigns, and making sure to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
Responsibilities:
Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles
Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses
Reaching out to target talent via social networks
Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers to identify each position's requirements
Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like the source of hire and time-to-fill
Requirements:
You have at least 2 years of experience within talent acquisition in a sourcing role
Must have worked in a graveyard shift
Must have experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Must have experience working with Job boards and various social media platforms
You have a strong knowledge of various sourcing tools & methodologies
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Excellent time management abilities, ability to multi-task effectively, and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have:

Knowledge in Boolean Search
Paid Digital Marketing experience
