Job Description
General responsibilities and tasks will include:
Job Requistion Management
Full validation of a Job Req for accuracy and correct selection of Job Template - if no PIC has been marked, requalify this for accuracy
Be able to effectively inform the manager about the difference between MSP and HCT job templates
Be an SME - ensure the NEW worker categories are properly understood by the manager
Question any "red flags" - e.g : job template doesn't match the risk classification; Client Connection has been selected for PIC
Offer Management & Onboarding
Monitor progress and completion of onboarding activities, escalating as needed
Systems updated in real time and without error - ensures all position details are correct and documented in VMS
Confirms all on boarding requirements are completed and uploaded into VMS prior to working start date, review documents for discrepancies
Final confirmation of on-boarding documents (discrepancies and declarations signed off); Clearance to Start email
Worker Management and Governance
Ensures all assignment data is maintained and updated as needed in VMS
Work order start date Monitoring and Updating, On-boarding documents uploaded, WO activated.
Ensure all SCB Polices are adhered to through all steps of the process (GSSP, ABC, Length of Service, Rehire etc)
Responds to Hiring Manager requests for assignment updates within one business day WOR, extensions, transfers,
Leverages VMS reporting to proactively reach out to Hiring Managers on assignments approaching end dates (ie - 45 days prior to assignment end date)
Responds to Hiring Manager requests via Service Now 100% of time within the SLA
Off boarding
Ensures end of assignment reason code is accurate and updated accordingly in VMS tool.
WO closures with correct Reason for Leaving
Manager is contacted to ensure all client assets are secured
Qualifications
Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experiences
1-3 or more years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, facilitator of vendor management processes, and/or MSP experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proof of execution and great stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent documentation and follow up skills
Strong determination to impact performance
Time management, self-motivated and perseverance
Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for administration and support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone who is determined & outgoing, yet professional, curious by nature, and is processes driven, yet understands the importance of adding value and partnership in recruitment
Bachelor's degree
MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills
VMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technolgies, resources and processes.
Must be amenable with dayshift schedule and temp hybrid work setup
