Job Summary & Responsibilities
Black Pearl is currently growing its team of consultants in the Philippines. This position will be responsible for conducting researches to help deliver the various recruitment assignments of the business. A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service to professional candidates through the retention and development of business matching candidates of best fit to client requirements and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks.
Other responsbilities will include but not limited to:
Obtain detailed assignment information from Clients and provide effective client service.
Ensure all client roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates and filled in line with client expectations and contractual requirements.
Ensure that candidate's profile is filled in properly and look presentable and professional prior to sharing to Clients
Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed and awaiting placement.
Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.
Meet/contact with new and prospective Clients regularly and ensure the implementation of a Call Cycle.
Develop an ongoing understanding of the clients business through building ongoing relationships.
Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible service level.
Requirements
To be considered you should meet the following criteria:
a higher diploma or degree holder
strong fluency in English language knowledge in another language is a plus
knowledgeable in using Microsoft application
good knowledge in HR or recruitment, experience working in a Philippine based recruitment agency would be a plus
excellent sales and customer service skills
ability to handle multiple tasks
strong willingness to travel, if required
willig to work from home and 2 days
comfortable in speaking with candidates and clients
conduct business development
flexible to work outside normal working hours (2 days in the office and 3 days from home)
knowledgeable in using different tools - ATS, microsoft applications, job portals, etc
