JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates using our job portal sites, applicant tracking system, job boards, referrals, job fair and other means to find qualified candidates to fill manpower needs.
Assist in conducting end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, administering self-assessment & evaluations, tests & exams, and background/character checks for rank and file and select supervisory positions.
Help in planning, developing, and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies.
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating with recruitment managers regarding their hiring needs and/or hiring concerns.
Post job advertisements based on the existing job description for each position.
Update manpower report data to track hiring progress for each position.
Help in building the company's talent pool database for future manpower needs.
Update the organizational chart based on positions closed.
Pre-Onboarding
Ensure completeness of submitted pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate with Admin Specialist for onboarding checklist.
Other tasks
Supporting the daily HR operations in the Head office and its branches.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Required:
A graduate of bachelor's degree in in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant programs.
Years of relevant experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years recruitment and hiring experience ranging from R&F position to managerial role.
Proven track record to fill in manpower need before or within the time frame allocated for each position.
Nice to have:
Affiliations in university and job fair recruitment
Knowledge:
Recruitment and Hiring/HRIS products and software
