Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify appropriate sourcing channels (i.e. job portals, job fairs etc...) for all profile and track database and develop good professional relationships.
• Maintain all candidates for organization and monitor all interviews and hire ratio and develop professional relationships with all field candidates following management design on various cost effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain pool of candidates that would come from RA's professional and social network.
• Suggest and recommend effective trends and sourcing activities/strategies.
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System and update status for all candidates for various employer/principal and endorses them to Processing Department once candidate is FIT TO WORK.
• Screen applicants for potential interview and monitor as well as schedule all applicants for other interview processes.
• Verifies authenticity of applicants' documents and other pertinent papers relevant to applicant's application.
• Liaise and coordinate with employer/principal of their manpower requirements/job orders and update them of the statuses on all related recruitment/sourcing concerns.
• Liaise and schedule Medical Test and examination of qualified and selected applicants.
Basic Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Nursing, Business Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Background in the Recruitment Business and network people
• Sourcing is a big part of the Job therefore experience in volume hiring is an advantage
• Pre-interviewing and qualifying candidates is the main goal
• Can do multi-tasking and can work under pressure
• Willing to work in long hours
