Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end to end recruitment process. Must-have existing contacts and experience working with international tech company clients.
As our Technical Recruiter, your responsibilities are:
Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
Create, write, and advertise technical job descriptions based on client needs
Sources qualified candidates for technical and niche positions using: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, indeed, Github, Stack Overflow, social media, and other/additional relevant job portals.
Monitoring of Job portals, updating Job description of each requisition and/or position for Job advertisements
Communicates with candidates and performs: pre-screening interviews, face-to-face interviews, status updates and job offer discussions.
Processes hiring-related administrative tasks
Advises management on better recruitment processes, strategies, and overall improvement of the recruitment team.
Other ad hoc duties
With a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or other relevant courses
At least 3 year of experience in end to end recruitment for international tech companies and/or Corporate Recruitment
Advance sourcing skills, cold calling, client management, and have at least experience working in provincial recruitment
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Advance knowledge in Boolean Search, sourcing talents, corporate recruitment, and staffing agencies.
Knowledgeable in using Job street, LinkedIn, Indeed and other additional relevant job portals
Proficient in speaking English and great attention to details
