The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support the client and the client team in development of a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy, event coordination and market intelligence.
Responsibilities
Create and manage a comprehensive database of resources for candidate outreach.
Write engaging campaigns targeting talent communities.
Analyze and report on ROI from any recruitment marketing spend.
Create and implement recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs, or industry events.
Collect, utilize and share recruitment marketing best practices across Cielo.
Utilize a variety of market intelligence tools and analysis of reports.
Research and review vendor contracts for current and potential partnerships prior to final review by senior leadership.
Work with all levels of the business to deliver comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree strongly desired.
Experience:
Minimum of three years' experience in a professional environment with experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in the Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Ability to utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to manage recruitment marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
Ability to learn client industry and positions within the client industry.
Ability to learn the local, regional and national organizations associated with roles recruited for within Cielo client teams
