Your day-to-day
Each day varies as you work on various facets of recruitment marketing activities that will position Ciena as an employer of choice across the globe. You will:
Write copy for talent attraction and amplification in different channels/platforms:
Email Newsletters, Website, Social Media, Infographic, and more
Own and maintain our external channels, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and similar sites.
Reporting and analysis of recruitment marketing efforts.
Coordinate with partner agencies for content creation; editing; etc.
Support the Recruitment Marketing Manager in planning and coordinating marketing initiatives.
What we need from you
Outstanding verbal and written English skills.
Knowledge of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition processes.
Experience working in a multinational company preferred, but not mandatory.
Demonstrable experience in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PPT)
1-2 years of work experience that allowed you to gain the following transferrable skills:
