Recruitment Marketing Associates (Graphic artists/designers) are creative people who uses computer software to transform words, concepts and ideas into a visual art. These visuals will build a brand and attract people whom are looking for career opportunities -- such as yourself
You will design overall layouts and overs the production of these designs for applications such as: digital advertisements, print announcements, out of home advertising etc.
Scope:
As a Recruitment Marketing Associate you will:
· Meet with important people to understand their needs for their project.
· Use Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator to layout design
· Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
· Create artcards and visuals aligned to the branding guidelines set by Afni
· Review, spot and revise creatives depending on the stakeholder's request.
· Track jobs and requests real time
· Meet tight deadlines for rush openings
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Strong graphic design skills, work-related experience is a plus!
· Good communication skills (as you may talk to people from the US)
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
· Must be creative, versatile and a team player
· Accuracy and attention to details
· A strong desire for continuous learning
· With creative portfolio is preferred.
