Job Description
The client is a staffing solutions company, specializing in the real estate industry. The Recruitment Lead role is primarily responsible for the overall recruitment process and hiring delivery for the company's clientele in Australia. The role will source and reach out to local talent to ensure they're the right fit for the position and the client's business.
Responsibilities:
Source, and screen candidate resumes
Perform in-person and medium interviews with candidates and clients, including the responsibilities of scheduling all interviews with clients and the candidate
Discuss and determine the needs, wants and specifications of the client and the hiring role
Cross-check candidates; including company assessments, reference checks, and background checks - when necessary
Maintaining the database and candidate pool for the company
Collating all personal information of candidates and pushing to the HR department
Preparation of all company employee contracts and documentation (SOW)
Qualifications:
College graduate
5+ years in the field of recruitment with 2+ years in lead/supervisor/managerial roles
Ideally with background working with start-up companies
Strong sourcing and recruitment experience with excellent stakeholder management skills
Works with high integrity and transparency
Solutions-driven with high standards on performance
Team player and collaborator
Strong influencer, can lead change
Resilient to challenges in the workplace
Open to working in Pampanga
Open to full time work in the office
