Recruitment/HR Specialist (Graveyard Shift | USA Client)
Full-time 40 hours per week
Offer is at Php 40,000 take-home pay monthly
Tuesday to Saturday: 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am Philippine Time

About the Client:
The client runs an online store that caters specifically to the care of guinea pigs and other small animals/pets. The owners dedicate their time to producing high-quality products for small animals to ensure their well-being for years to come.
About the Role:
Strategize and build written specific hiring standards and structured hiring process
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Help the company find the right person for a particular role
Review applications and interview. Also arrange interviews with relevant people
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
Create streamlined onboarding process and implement them on new hires
Implement training and development plans
Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Build employee retention plan and create positive culture
Deal with employee complaints, terminations and other administrative HR tasks
Manage company reputations in HR boards and reviews (i.e. Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and create attractive and eye-catching Company profile and job postings
Manage HR budget
Manage company benefits such as Health Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field
5 years of experience as a HR/Recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement
Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment
In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity
Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates
Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees
Capable of maintaining utmost confidentiality due to nature of the work and information
Must be able to work independently and get the job done.
Ability to take and apply directions accurately
Demonstrate ability to multitask, and adhere to deadlines
